We have an update on our new home and a small ask that you please consider donating to us on GivingTuesday, Nov. 29. Though we have accomplished much since our capital campaign was launched, there is still work to be done to have a fully operational school as we envision it, a school featuring opportunities unlike any other in Western North Carolina region. We are so close to making our goal, and with your help, this GivingTuesday, we will be one step closer!

New Facility Construction Update
We’re happy to report that construction on our new facility is going very well. It looks like we are looking at late July or early August to get our CO. Once we get our CO we can start moving in pianos, furniture, etc., teachers, and then… STUDENTS!

AMS student rock band Dollars On Ice will perform at Secret Agent 23 Skidoo’s one-day festival at Salvage Station.

Scholarship Deadline Extended
AMS offers financial need-based scholarships for private lessons, summer camps, and student outreach bands. We just extended the deadline for the next round of scholarships until June 30, 2022.
Renovations Underway – Reopening Summer 2022
Renovations are underway for our new facility at 10 Ridgelawn Rd. in West Asheville. We should be open this summer, exact date tba. We can’t wait!
