AMS student rock band Minør performs at DTA5, opening for Asheville All-Stars. FREE!
July 17 – The Big Secret Family Festival
AMS student rock band Dollars On Ice will perform at Secret Agent 23 Skidoo’s one-day festival at Salvage Station.

At the eighth annual Sound Effects concert to benefit Asheville Music School on Thursday, May 19 from 6 – 10 PM at Salvage Station, Asheville musicians team up to perform The Beatles’ White Album. The Asheville Beatles Band, made up of an all-star cast of Asheville musicians, will perform songs from the fab four’s only double album, with classics like “Dear Prudence,” “While My Guitar Gently Weeps,” and the controversial “Helter Skelter.”

We are thrilled to be part of the festivities at the Montford Garden Tour on Saturday June 5, 10am-5pm. It’s the community’s first garden tour in 17 years. Local musicians will be featured at 12 different gardens, including AMS teachers Kylie Irvin and Mar, as well as our Fiddle Squad, made up of string students led by Paul Stroebel and Holley Ross.
