Feel more comfortable and supported while playing your instrument. Discover greater ease, fluidity and expressivity. Participants are encouraged but not required to bring their instruments. This workshop is a safe space to share questions, experiences and to explore together how to cultivate a sense of wellbeing while refining your artistry. All levels and abilities are welcome!
