We are currently accepting scholarship applications for private music lessons through the Paul Thorpe Music Education Fund. Applications can be downloaded here: Scholarship Application January-June 2020
The detailed instructions are on the application form, and they include current financial and tax information, a personal statement, and a willingness to give back through volunteer hours. Scholarship percentages are awarded based on many factors, but can be from 25% up to 75% of lesson cost covered. Completed applications may be turned into the AMS office or electronically scanned and emailed to Scholarship Manager, Jason Moore, at scholarships@ashevillemusicschool.org.
