Great News! The Asheville Music School is opening another location. As of early March, we will be joining the hip West Asheville scene. Paul Thorpe and Anne Coombs are joining forces to open the school, located at 1408F Patton Ave (in the Music City building, close to Patton and Haywood). Anne is moving all her guitar students to the new spot and will be running that school. Many of our current great teachers will be adding students over there as well as the addition of a couple of outstanding new instructors.
One thrilling aspect (at least for us!) about this new school is that we finally have classroom space, not just private studios. Although a myriad of classes are planned (stay tuned, or rather stay in tune), our first classes to be offered begin in Mid-March, taught by West Asheville’s own Kari Richmond. Kari will bring all of her Music Together classes to our location. This new offering by the Asheville Music School is for those aged infant to 5.
